Flaxseed: A Natural Health Supplement

For those looking for natural supplements, Flax seeds are highly recommended. These seeds are a nature’s gift to mankind. Nowadays; it is not possible to enrich the body with the required nutrients and vitamins due to various reasons. It is recommended to consume extra supplements to maintain and nourish the body. Method: Heat1/4th cup of flax seed in 2 cups of water for 7-10 mins. Drain the water into another container and let it cool in room temperature. Store the so formed gel in fridge and apply it on wet hair after every hair wash.
